What We Do
At Centre stage we believe that dance and movement is an important creative expressive outlet for any child. Not only does it promote an appreciation for different rhythms and musical styles, but also it teaches each child one of life’s great lessons... to count a beat. An invaluable tool which will give them the confidence to take basic dance skills through to their grown up lives.
As well as helping with co ordination, balance, agility, physical fitness and spatial awareness, Dance also helps children to work in a group as well as on their own personal development by giving them the challenge of remembering and improving set routines while allowing for their own unique style to shine through, but most importantly Dance is fun, by mixing current chart music with popular musical theatre and topical film sound tracks, we aim to educate your child on different musical styles and dance trends while having a great time.
